Job summary

thyssenkrupp rothe erde is seeking a Quality Management professional to support the Company Quality Management System and Manufacturing Quality. You will manage ISO standards, prepare and support audits, and drive continuous improvement across processes.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in manufacturing engineering with at least five years in manufacturing, and hands-on experience with FMEA, PPAP, and QA tools. Knowledge of statistical methods and CAD drawing support is essential.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in manufacturing engineering; 5+ years in manufacturing.
Experience with ISO 9001 and familiarity with ISO 14001, 45001, 50001.
Knowledge of FMEA, control plans, FAI and PPAP.

Responsibilities

Owns and maintains Quality Management System compliance (ISO 9001/14001/45001/50001).
Supports audits, CAPA, documentation control, supplier quality and performance reporting.
Assists PFMEA, inspection plans, FAI and PPAP submissions for products.
Investigates nonconformances and leads corrective actions.
Applies SPC, capability studies, MSA, gage R&R, and DOE/root cause analysis.
Creates CAD models/drawings to interpret product and tolerance requirements.
Supports qualification for new/revised products.
Analyzes data to identify variation sources and improvement opportunities.
Supports CI projects using DMAIC, PDCA, Kaizen, VSM, SMED, standard work.
