Job summary

HRTx Inc. seeks a Quality Engineering (QE) Lead to drive an automation-first, shift-left QE discipline embedded in DevSecOps delivery pipelines. You will define quality strategies, build automation frameworks, and gate pipelines with robust quality controls.

You will lead and mentor a team of Senior, Mid, and Junior Quality Engineers, ensuring strong hands-on guidance while advancing automation coverage across functional, performance, and security testing.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years in software testing/QE
• 3+ years in a leadership/management capacity
• Hands-on expertise in test automation tools (Playwright, Cypress, Selenium, Postman) and languages (TypeScript, Python, C#)
• Solid grasp of DevSecOps, CI/CD, and API/Cloud testing methodologies
