Overview

Leads a team of quality engineers through multi-disciplinary team planning and ecosystem integration to accelerate delivery and drive quality across the application lifecycle. Applies business and functional knowledge to develop end-to-end testing strategies and to define and implement key metrics to manage and assess the testing process including test execution and defect resolution.

Responsibilities

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Facilitate communication and coordination among team members to ensure alignment with project goals.
• Mentor and support team members to foster professional growth and enhance team capabilities.
• Monitor project progress and implement improvements to optimize testing efficiency and effectiveness.

Professional & Technical Skills

• Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Katalon Studio and/or Playwright.
• Additional Good To Have Skills: Experience with Automated Testing.
• Strong understanding of test automation frameworks and best practices.
• Experience in designing and executing comprehensive test plans and test cases.
• Ability to analyze test results and identify areas for improvement in quality processes.
• Familiarity with continuous integration and continuous deployment pipelines to support automated testing.
