Job summary

Accenture in the Philippines seeks a Quality Engineering Lead to guide a team of quality engineers across the application lifecycle at our Manila office. You will drive end-to-end testing strategies, coordinate with multiple teams, and ensure timely resolution of defects to uphold product quality.

The role requires expert proficiency in Katalon Studio and Playwright, with at least 3 years of hands-on automation experience and a strong background in test plans, metrics, and continuous integration

Leads a team of quality engineers through multi-disciplinary team planning and ecosystem integration to accelerate delivery and drive quality across the application lifecycle. Applies business and functional knowledge to develop end-to-end testing strategies through the use of quality processes and methodologies. Applies testing methodologies, principles and processes to define and implement key metrics to manage and assess the testing process including test execution and defect resolution.

Summary:

As a Quality Engineering Lead, a typical day involves guiding a team of quality engineers in planning and integrating various disciplines to enhance delivery speed and maintain high standards throughout the application lifecycle. The role includes coordinating with different teams to ensure seamless collaboration and applying comprehensive knowledge to develop and implement effective testing strategies. The position requires overseeing the testing process, managing key performance indicators, and ensuring timely resolution of issues to uphold product quality and reliability.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Katalon Studio/Playwright.
• This position is based at our Manila office.
