Job summary

Risewave Consulting, Inc. seeks a capable QA Lead to guide a team of quality engineers in planning, coordinating across disciplines, and driving high standards throughout the application lifecycle. The role focuses on improving delivery speed while maintaining quality.

You will design and implement testing strategies, oversee KPIs, mentor team members, and collaborate with multiple teams to resolve issues and optimize processes. This is an on-site role in Taguig, Philippines.

Qualifications

• Expert proficiency in Katalon Studio and/or Playwright.
• Experience with Automated Testing.
• Strong understanding of test automation frameworks and best practices.
• Experience designing and executing comprehensive test plans and test cases.
• Ability to analyze test results and identify areas for improvement in quality processes.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines to support automated testing.
