Job summary

HRTx Inc. is seeking a Quality Engineering Lead in Mandaluyong to drive an automation-first QE discipline embedded within DevSecOps delivery pipelines. The role requires strategic leadership and hands-on mentoring of a growing QE team.

You will define quality strategies, build scalable automation, and ensure robust CI/CD with integrated SAST/DAST testing across cloud and API interfaces, while guiding the team in DevSecOps practices.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years in software testing with guidance/mentoring experience.
• Hands-on with test automation tools and languages.
• Familiarity with DevSecOps, CI/CD, and API/Cloud testing.

Quality Engineering (QE) Lead

• Role Summary: Strategic leadership role focused on establishing an automation-first, shift-left Quality Engineering discipline embedded within DevSecOps delivery pipelines.
• Key Responsibilities:
  • Define quality strategies, test automation frameworks, and pipeline quality gates.
  • Build, lead, and mentor a team of Senior, Mid, and Junior Quality Engineers.
  • Integrate automated functional, performance, and security scans (SAST/DAST) into CI/CD pipelines.
• Qualifications:
  • 8–10 years in software testing/QE, with 3+ years in a leadership/management capacity.
  • Hands-on expertise in test automation tools (Playwright, Cypress, Selenium, Postman) and languages (TypeScript, Python, C#).
  • Solid grasp of DevSecOps, CI/CD, and API/Cloud testing methodologies.
