Job summary

RTX in the Philippines is seeking a Quality Engineer to develop, modify, and apply quality evaluation systems. You will work with designs and specifications, devise testing plans, and ensure product reliability.

The role requires reading technical drawings, strong communication, teamwork, and ability to work autonomously. You will lead NCRs, analyze nonconformities, review ECN through DCR/JIRA, and participate in cross-functional teams to address root causes.

Responsibilities

• Initiate NCRs and conduct preliminary reviews of NCR details, including coordination with authorized material review board.
• Provide analysis and recommendations for corrective actions for nonconformities and/or design problems for manufactured products and processes.
• Review Engineering Change Request through DCR, JIRA, LBIR, PR.
• Analyze the details behind the quality issues.
• Participate during cross functional team meetings in the identification of the root cause and corrective action to address quality issues.
