Job summary

Collins Aerospace is seeking a Quality Engineer onsite in the Philippines to develop, modify and apply quality systems and controls. You will work with designs and specifications to ensure product reliability, drive PFMEA, MSA, and PPAP activities, and implement proactive quality strategies.

You will collaborate with internal teams to maintain compliance with contracts and transition processes, contributing to risk management and continuous improvement across the value stream.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Strong communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
• Collaborative and team oriented with ability to work independently when needed.
• Willingness to work autonomously with limited supervision.

Responsibilities

• Initiate NCRs and coordinate with the material review board.
• Analyze nonconformities and propose corrective actions for products and processes.
• Review Engineering Change Requests via DCR, JIRA, LBIR, PR.
• Investigate quality issues and participate in root cause analysis with cross functional teams.
• Contribute to risk identification and lead improvements in processes and transfer activities.
