Job summary

Collins Aerospace, located in the PH-BTG-TANAUAN area in the First Philippine Industrial Park, is seeking a Quality Engineer onsite to develop and maintain quality systems and ensure product conformance. You will collaborate with design and production teams to drive reliability and process improvements.

The role involves initiating NCRs, analyzing nonconformities, reviewing change requests, and leading root-cause investigations within an ISO environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to read technical drawings.
• Good communication skills.
• Team player with ability to work autonomously.
• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering.
• Experience in manufacturing with non-conformance reports under ISO standards.

Responsibilities

• Initiate NCRs and coordinate with the authorized material review board.
• Analyze nonconformities and recommend corrective actions for manufactured products and processes.
• Review Engineering Change Requests via DCR, JIRA, LBIR, PR.
• Analyze root causes of quality issues and implement solutions.
• Participate in cross-functional meetings to define root cause and corrective actions.
