Job summary

One Outsource Direct Corporation in Laguna, Philippines is seeking a QA/QC Engineer to establish, implement, and maintain the QESHMS in accordance with ISO standards. The role focuses on ensuring conformance with QA/QC procedures, coordinating inspection and calibration of instruments, and driving continual improvement through documentation and training.

The ideal candidate will hold a Mechanical Engineering degree, preferably with licensure, and have hands-on experience in quality

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Licensed Mechanical Engineer preferred.
• Experience in quality control/quality assurance for mechanical works.
• Knowledge of inspection procedures, standards, and documentation.
• Strong attention to detail and technical skills.

Responsibilities

• Establish, implement, and maintain the QESHMS per ISO standards.
• Check conformance with QA/QC procedures and plans.
• Monitor QA/QC activities for mechanical works.
• Provide awareness of customer requirements throughout the organization.
• Develop and implement quality control programs with Project Managers.
• Coordinate resources to ensure QA/QC processes are well communicated.
• Advocate quality through trainings on QA/QC programs and procedures.
• Report on QA/QC processes; develop recommendations for improvement.
• Monitor Test Instruments and ensure calibration/validation.
• Perform validation of Test Instruments.
• Demonstrate commitment to continual improvement of the QESHMS.
• Take control of QA/QC processes related to significant environmental aspects and risks.
• Perform other related work as required.
