Job summary

Art Fresh Chicken Corp. in Laguna seeks a Food Technologist to oversee the production of food items, applying the highest standards of quality, safety and sanitation across all processes.

Requirements include a Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology and at least 6 months in Quality Assurance, preferably in poultry; proven team leadership and deep GMP/HACCP knowledge, with a strong understanding of food safety regulations and poultry dressing plant operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology required.
• At least 6 months experience in Quality Assurance in poultry/food industry.
• Experience in managing teams and leading quality initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of GMP, HACCP and food safety regulations.
• Understanding of poultry dressing plant operations.
