Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate of a technical course in Engineering, Instrumentation & Control, or related field.
• Graduates of computer-related courses may be considered.
• 2 years of working experience in Quality Management System is an advantage
• Detail oriented and able to multitask
• Assertive with good interpersonal and communication skills; computer literate
• Knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 17025:2017 is an advantage
• Willing to work in Mandaluyong area and start immediately

The successful candidate will help maintain our laboratory’s accreditation, strengthen our quality management system, and support our commitment to delivering trusted results to our clients.

Qualifications:

• Candidate must be graduate of any technical course: Engineering, Instrumentation & Control, or any related course.

• Graduates of Computer related courses may also be considered.

• With 2 Year(s) of working experience in Quality Management System is an advantage

• Detail oriented

• Assertive, with strong interpersonal skills, excellent communication skills and computer literate

• Knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 and/or ISO 17025:2017 and Metrology Standard is an advantage

• Knowledge of Quality Control Tools Application will be an advantage

• Willing to accept multi-tasks and willing to be trained

Job Responsibilities:

• Ensure calibration procedures and results adhere to national/international standards and regulations.

• Verify accuracy and traceability of measurement and test equipment used for calibration.

• Conduct internal audits and participate in external audits to maintain lab accreditation.

• Analyze data and prepare calibration certificates/reports for clients.

• Investigate and resolve any non-conformances or discrepancies in calibration processes.

• Implement and maintain a robust quality management system for the calibration lab.
