Job summary

A leading quality services provider in Mandaluyong is looking for a qualified candidate to ensure compliance with national/international calibration standards. The ideal candidate will have a technical background and experience in quality management systems. Responsibilities include conducting audits, analyzing data for calibration certificates, and maintaining a robust quality management system. Immediate start required.

Qualifications

• With 2 years of working experience in Quality Management System or Computer Networking is an advantage.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 and/or ISO 17025:2017 and Metrology Standard is an advantage.
• Knowledge of Quality Control Tools Application will be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Ensure calibration procedures and results adhere to national/international standards.
• Verify accuracy and traceability of measurement and test equipment used for calibration.
• Conduct internal audits and participate in external audits for lab accreditation.
• Analyze data and prepare calibration certificates/reports for clients.
• Investigate and resolve any non-conformances in calibration processes.
• Implement and maintain a robust quality management system.
• Implement and maintain a robust quality management system for the calibration lab.

• Candidate must be graduate of any technical course: Engineering, Instrumentation & Control, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or any related course.
• With 2 Year(s) of working experience in Quality Management System or Computer Networking is an advantage
• Detail oriented
• Assertive, with strong interpersonal skills, excellent communication skills and computer literate
• Knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 and/or ISO 17025:2017 and Metrology Standard is an advantage
