Job summary

Precision Crestec, Inc. is seeking a QA Tech Support to join our production team in Pasig. The ideal candidate has 1–3 years of QA and technical support experience and is familiar with hardware, software, troubleshooting, and quality assurance processes.

Responsibilities include quality checks, NCR handling, root cause analysis, and maintaining SOPs. Candidates should be detail-oriented, analytical, and a team player willing to learn. On-site in Dela Paz, Pasig City.

Qualifications

• Preferably a graduate of Industrial Engineering
• With 1-3 years of experience in QA and Technical Support
• Knowledgeable in hardware, software, troubleshooting, and quality assurance processes
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Willing to work in Dela Paz, Pasig City
• Team player and eager to learn

Responsibilities

• Conduct quality checking for finished goods (ICB and other packaging Accounts) and other test requirements.
• Issue Non-Conformance report (NCR) for physical equality deviations. Confer with the team leader and QA head for quality and rejections.
• Participate in root cause analysis and corrective action (Intternal and External) implementation.
• Identify and declare finished goods status. Advised concerned personnel/department immediately for any quality standard deviation.
• Make sure equipment (BCT) used in testing is in good condition, accounted for, and properly kept.
• Maintain safety housekeeping at all times.
• Manage the database by correctly entering test results associated with the inspection conducted.
• Developing and maintaining quality control standard operating procedures (SOP) and forms.
• Saves sample for production traceability and identification.
• Assist the Product Development Engineer in quality testing of packaging boxes.
• Preparation of COC.
• Relieves QA inspector as needed.
• May perform other futies that may be assigned.
