Job summary
Hocheng Philippines Corporation (HCG) is seeking a QA-focused industrial engineer to monitor the Finish Product Inspection Unit, oversee inspector performance and schedules, and help maintain quality records and reports. The role emphasizes quality control and background in ceramics is preferred.

Qualifications
- BS in Industrial Engineering.
- 2-3 years work experience.
- Preferably residing in Dasmariñas Cavite or nearby areas.
- With background in Quality Control.
- Preferably with experience in ceramics.
Responsibilities
- Monitor Work in Process in Finish Product Inspection Unit.
- Monitor and check the schedules of Finish Product Inspection Unit's manpower.
- Monitor performance of manpower mainly inspectors with regard to their quality of work.
- Double checking of wares that are intercepted in the Finish Product Inspection Area.
- Record and update unit's manpower efficiency (performance monitoring).
- Preparation of memoranda related to production / product concerns and quality.
- Preparation of other reports/data related to Finish Product Inspection Unit.
- Maintains cleanliness and orderliness of working area.
- Additional task may be given by immediate supervisor.

College Graduate of BS in Industrial Engineering
At least 2-3 years work experience
