About the role

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Control Staff member to join MKS Workforce Management Services Inc in a full-time capacity. This role is based in San Bartolome, San Pablo City, Laguna, and is fundamental to maintaining the highest standards of product quality and process excellence across our manufacturing and logistics operations. As a Quality Control Staff member, you will play a vital part in ensuring that all products meet our stringent quality standards, regulatory requirements, and customer expectations. Key responsibilities

• Conducting routine inspections of products at various stages of the manufacturing and logistics processes

• Testing products and materials to ensure they comply with established quality standards and specifications

• Documenting and recording quality control test results and inspection findings accurately

• Identifying defects, deviations, and non-conformities in products and processes

• Preparing quality control reports and communicating findings to relevant departments

• Collaborating with production and logistics teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions

What we’re looking for

• Proficiency in using quality control equipment and testing instruments

• Knowledge of relevant quality standards and industry regulations applicable to manufacturing and logistics

• Excellent organisational and record-keeping skills with the ability to maintain accurate documentation

• Strong communication skills and the ability to report findings clearly to various departments

• Ability to work methodically and maintain high standards under pressure
