About the role

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Packing Personnel to join the MKS Workforce Management Services Inc team. This is a full-time position based in San Bartolome, San Pablo City, Laguna. As Packing Personnel, you will play a crucial role in our assembly and process work operations, ensuring that products are carefully prepared, packed, and made ready for distribution. Your attention to detail and efficiency will directly contribute to maintaining our high standards of product quality and customer satisfaction.

What you'll be doing

• Inspect products for defects, damage, or irregularities before packing


• Sort and organise products according to packing specifications and order requirements


• Pack items into boxes, containers, or protective materials using appropriate packing materials and techniques


• Label packages with product information, barcodes, and delivery details as required


• Stack and arrange packed items in designated storage areas in an organised manner


• Verify that packed items match order documentation and packing lists


• Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the packing work area


• Operate packing equipment and machinery safely and efficiently


• Report any quality issues, equipment malfunctions, or safety concerns to your supervisor


• Meet daily packing targets and production schedules

What we're looking for

• High school diploma or equivalent qualification


• Proven experience in packing, assembly, or warehouse operations, or willingness to learn on the job


• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow packing instructions accurately


• Physical capability to lift, carry, and move items weighing up to 25 kg regularly
