Job summary

SILVER SKILLED RECRUITMENT INC. is seeking an experienced QA/Inspection professional in the Philippines. The role focuses on site supervision, quality control, and ensuring contractors meet safety and performance standards.

You will lead inspectors and technicians, document defects, and coordinate rework to ensure smooth project handovers. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of working experience.
• Bachelor’s/College degree in Engineering (Others) or similar fields.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Conducts regular walk-throughs and structural reviews to catch building flaws or code violations early.
• Leads site inspectors, junior engineers, and testing technicians.
• Verifies that contractors and material suppliers meet safety and performance standards.
• Identifies non-conformities, documents defects, and coordinates rework before handover.
• Keeps accurate inspection logs, calibration records, and compliance reports for stakeholders.
