GENERIKA Drugstore is seeking a Quality Control Inspector in Laguna to oversee inspection and verification of products received and distributed to stores. You will ensure compliance with Good Storage and Distribution Practices and support QA in handling complaints and recalls. Fresh graduates are welcome.
A Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or allied sciences is preferred, with license optional. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong communication skills are essential to document issues,
Quality Control Inspector conducts inspection and verification for all the products received and distributed to stores.
Quality Control Inspector act as the initial assessor of all the unexpected condition and product quality concerns within distribution centers.
Quality Control Inspector will act as support to Quality Assurance in dealing with both internal and external complaints/recalls.
Ensures all the product received, stored, and dispatched are compliant with Good Storage and Distribution Practices.
Ensures that all the relevant documentation i.e., Certificate of Analysis, and or Batch Notification are available and compliant with regulatory requirements.
Ensures all the issues/concerns (during product receipt, storage, and dispatch) received are properly and timely assessed.
Ensures all issues/concerns (during product receipt, storage, and dispatch) shall be accounted and encoded to a database.
Ensures that all quarantined items from (but not limited to) product recall, manufacturing defect, manufacturer-initiated, damage items are controlled for distribution to stores and corporate accounts.
Ensures that the product storage and temperature requirement are followed across all the stages in distribution center.
Shall serve as the initial assessor of product quality-related concerns reported by Distribution Center Operations.
Performs other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
Bachelors/ College Degree in Pharmacy or other allied Science courses.
Preferably with License, but not required.
Preferably with experience in handling of product complaints, but not required.
Fresh graduates are welcome.
Oral Communication: Speaking clearly and persuasively in all possible situations. Being an effective communicator may come in handy in establishing relationship with supplier’s representative and with other department/section personnel.
Fast learner with a moving forward attitude.
Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time efficiently.
Excellent organization skills.
Knowledgeable with Microsoft Office.
