• Provide limit samples for appearance inspection.
• Performs weekly calibration of measuring devices.
• Responsible for safekeeping of quality records.
• Submits Shipment Inspection Report to Accounting Department.
• Stores and safekeeping of samples produced.
• Support in production in case of lack of manpower.
• Participates in housekeeping and safety.
• Performs other duties as deemed necessary.

Job description

Responsibilities

1. Responsible for Incoming Inspection of KSI supplied product parts. Inspection method includes Visual Inspection, Measurement, Fitting Strength Test, Actual Fitting Test, and Surface Strength Test;

2. Reviews the data of Outgoing Inspection Report of KSI supplied product parts;

3. Responsible for the Inspection of output products in every process such as Assembly Process, Compound and Mixing Process, Injection Molding Process, and Printing Process;

4. Conducts Patrol check at Cosmetic Area. Patrol check includes actual checking of InProcess Lot based on production plan, availability of related documents and records in the working area, actual implementation based on work instructions and SOPs, dress code requirements, and quality control inspection in every sub process of cosmetic area;

5. Provide limit samples in every process used for appearance inspection;

6. Performs weekly calibration of measuring devices such as caliper, dial gauge, pin gauge and push pull gauge;

7. Responsible for filing and safekeeping of quality records such as Outgoing Inspection Report, Incoming/Acceptance Inspection Report, Start and In-Process Inspection Record, and Shipment Inspection Report;

8. Submits Shipment Inspection Report of assembled parts to Accounting Department through e-mail;

9. Responsible for storing and safekeeping of samples produced by in Assembly Process, Compound and Mixing Process, Injection Process, and Printing Process;

10. Support in production in case of lack of manpower;

11. Participates in housekeeping and safety;

12. Performs other duties as may be deemed necessary by the Superior.
