Job summary

Kaertech a Baracoda Company is looking for a Quality Control Inspector responsible for ensuring product quality through incoming, in-process, and outgoing inspections. The ideal candidate will conduct quality audits and utilize various testing techniques to meet specific requirements.

Responsibilities include performing inspections and audits throughout the production process, ensuring compliance, and preventing non-conforming products.

Qualifications

• Completed at least High School.
• Background in the inspection of PCBA’s and plastic enclosures is an advantage.
• Knowledgeable in MS Office Application.
• Preferably familiar with measuring and inspection tools.

Responsibilities

• Performs incoming inspection activities using various inspection techniques.
• Responsible for in-process quality inspection and audit activities.
• Completes outgoing quality control activities to prevent non-conforming products.
• Performs other related responsibilities to support the company's goals.

Job description

The Quality Control Inspector is responsible for conducting incoming, in-process, and outgoing inspections using various visual, mechanical, and electrical/electronic testing techniques to ensure product quality and compliance with specified requirements. The role also performs quality audits and other related duties to prevent non-conforming products and support the company’s quality objectives and overall goals.

Responsibilities

• Performs incoming inspection activities by means of different inspection techniques such as, but not limited to, visual, mechanical and electrical/electronic tests.
• Responsible for in-process quality inspection and audit activities to verify that products are produced according to specified process requirements.
• Completes outgoing quality control activities to prevent potential shipment of non-conforming products.
• Performs other related responsibilities that may be assigned to him/her either in support of his/her individual objectives or the company’s goals and targets.

Must Have

• Completed at least High School
• Background in the inspection of PCBA’s and plastic enclosures is an advantage
• Knowledgeable in MS Office Application
• Preferably familiar in the use of measuring and inspection tolls such as microscope, caliper, LCR Meter, Digital Multimeter, VMM/CMM
