Job summary

Recruitify_HR in Laguna, Philippines is seeking a QC Engineer to join a manufacturing team. Open to Industrial Engineering graduates or high school graduates with relevant QC experience.

You will develop and implement quality control procedures to ensure product compliance and perform inspections and audits of processes and outputs. You will analyze quality data to reduce defects, collaborate with production and engineering teams, and maintain ISO-compliant documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or equivalent, or high school graduate with relevant QC experience.
• Experience as a QC Engineer in a manufacturing setting is preferred.
• Solid knowledge of ISO standards and control processes.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement quality control procedures to ensure product compliance with standard.
• Conduct inspections and audits of manufacturing processes and outputs.
• Analyze quality data and recommend improvements to reduce defects and enhance efficiency.
• Collaborate with production and engineering teams to resolve quality issues.
• Maintain documentation in accordance with ISO standards.
• Support internal and external audits and ensure corrective actions are implemented.
• Provide training and guidance on quality standards and procedures.

• Work experience as a QC Engineer in a manufacturing company
• Knowledgeable in ISO standards (e.g., ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015)

• High level of attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to work independently and collaborate within a team
• Willing to start immediately
