Job summary

Job vacancy in Philippines for a leader in Quality Control and R&D within PVC manufacturing. You will lead QC and R&D teams, ensure regulatory compliance, improve formulations, investigate issues, and drive cost-efficient innovation.

You will manage laboratory operations, BOMs, documentation, and collaborate with Production and other departments to achieve business goals. A Bachelor's degree and 5+ years in PVC/plastics are required, with ISO standards knowledge an advantage.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Materials Engineering, or related field.
• Registered Chemist is an advantage.
• At least 5 years of experience in PVC/plastics formulation and compounding.
• Experience in QC, R&D, and quality management systems.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001 standards.
• Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
