Job summary

Job Vacancy Phil in the Philippines seeks a seasoned leader to head Quality Control and R&D for PVC manufacturing. You will steer laboratory operations, drive formulation improvements, resolve quality issues, and champion cost-efficiency initiatives.

The role requires 5+ years in PVC/plastics, a relevant degree, and strong leadership and communication skills to ensure regulatory compliance and continuous improvement across processes and products.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or related field.
• 5+ years in PVC/plastics formulation and compounding.
• Experience in QC, R&D and quality management systems.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001 standards.
• Strong leadership, analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the QC and R&D team.
• Ensure compliance with quality, safety and ISO standards.
• Oversee testing of raw materials and finished products.
• Investigate quality issues and implement corrective actions.
• Develop and improve PVC formulations and processes.
• Manage BOMs, technical documentation and laboratory resources.
• Collaborate with Production and other departments to support business objectives.
