Connext is a dedicated team of BPO experts supporting US clients across Title and Escrow, Healthcare, and Finance. We are seeking a Quality Management Specialist to join the QM team and help maintain accreditation standards, improve operational efficiency, and ensure thorough documentation of processes.

The role coordinates monthly and quarterly reports, reviews policies, assists audits, and supports the accreditation process, working with cross-functional teams to identify and fix gaps.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in quality management, healthcare operations, or related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Ability to work independently and with a team.

Responsibilities

• Supports QM department in maintaining accreditation standards.
• Coordinates monthly and quarterly reports for QMC and managers.
• Reviews policies, procedures, and documents (PPDs); assists audits.
