• Experience in quality assurance, compliance and self‑assurance within a regulated environment.
• Ability to identify errors, process gaps and non‑compliance.
• Strong record‑keeping and evidence management skills.
• Ability to collaborate with cross‑functional teams to implement corrective actions.

Responsabilités

• Conduct regular quality and compliance reviews across operations, student records and processes.
• Identify errors, inconsistencies and potential compliance risks.
• Escalate significant issues to operational leadership with recommended actions.
• Maintain audit‑ready evidence and action registers.
• Support audit preparation and evidence collation.
• Assist with the monitoring and closure of corrective actions.
