Acquire Intelligence is seeking a Quality & Compliance Support – Operations professional to help maintain quality assurance, compliance and self‑assurance across our RTO environment. You will review student records, transactions and processes, identify gaps, and document corrective actions to ensure regulatory alignment.

Qualificações

• Experience in QA, compliance, auditing, RTO operations.
• Experience reviewing records against defined requirements.
• Understanding QA, compliance and self‑assurance within an RTO environment.
• Experience identifying errors, process gaps, risks and non‑compliance.
• Experience documenting findings and supporting corrective actions.
• Experience with reports, data, registers and supporting evidence.
• Desirable: experience in Australian vocational education sector.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct regular quality and compliance reviews of operations across student records, transactions, processes and documentation.
• Identify errors, inconsistencies, process gaps, potential non‑compliance and areas of operational risk.
• Escalate material, recurring or significant compliance issues to the appropriate operational leader.
• Maintain accurate records of quality and compliance findings and supporting evidence.
• Assist with audit preparation and evidence collation; maintain audit records and action registers.
• Support operational leadership with quality‑related reporting, reviews and follow‑ups.
• Promote cross‑functional quality reviews and improvement initiatives.
