Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience as a Quality and Compliance Supervisor or in a similar role.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional coordination.

Responsibilities

• Manages a team of Compliance specialists who performs all compliance evaluation and monitoring functions to achieve or exceed goals and compliance metrics.
• Oversees document and audit requests from issuing banks.
• Analyzes daily and monthly reports to identify process improvements and prevent violations.
• Ensures team members are informed and trained on product and system updates.
• Collaborate with Operations to optimize performance with focus on regulatory compliance.
• Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
