Job summary

Ubiquity in the Philippines is seeking a Quality Auditor to uphold quality and compliance across claims and customer interactions. You will monitor performance, provide objective feedback, and help improve decision accuracy and customer outcomes.

You will coordinate calibration sessions, analyze audit data, and work with team leaders to drive process improvements while ensuring adherence to regulatory guidelines.

Qualifications

• 1 year (1) working experience in a call center, financial, customer service or tech support field doing Compliance.
• Experience in automating reports from different platforms and facilitating calibration sessions.

Responsibilities

• Monitor claims and call interactions daily; provide objective, actionable feedback.
• Ensure adherence to Reg E/Z/P guidelines as per audit sheet.
• Coordinate Calibration sessions and prepare materials for reviews.
• Analyze audit data to identify gaps and opportunities for process improvement.
• Assist with bank audit requests and communicate findings to stakeholders.
