Job summary

Asticom Technology Inc. is seeking an auditor to execute approved QM Audit, QM Calibration, and Transactional Quality Audit plans in the Manila context.

You will follow standard procedures with the CLIENT, measuring findings and alignment rates to ensure quality performance. The role includes analyzing audit results to identify common infractions, high-impacting errors, knowledge gaps, and other quality drivers, and proposing corrective and preventive actions with vendor partners to safeguard

Responsibilities

• Execute the approved QM Audit, QM Calibration, and Transactional Quality Audit plans
• Perform the audit based on the standard audit procedure agreed with the CLIENT, measure and record the findings, observations and the rate of alignment
• Provide analysis and insights based on the result of QM Audit, common infractions, high-impacting errors, process or knowledge gaps, and other quality drivers
• Resolve or escalate vendor partners’ disputes in a swift and acceptable manner
• Pursue corrective action and recovery of affected customers through the vendor partners
• Recommend preventive actions based on the audit findings
