Job summary

Red Ribbon Bakeshop, Inc. is seeking a Quality Assurance Specialist (CDOC) to manage quality documentation, conduct audits, and lead continuous improvement initiatives at our Cagayan De Oro plant. The role requires 1–2 years of QA experience in food manufacturing and strong knowledge of GMP/HACCP standards.

This is a full onsite position with 30% office and 70% plant-based work. The successful candidate will drive compliance, support training, and assist with investigations and CAPAs to uphold

Qualifications

• Graduated in Food Technology, Chemistry, Biology, Chemical Engineering or related science.
• 1–2 years QA experience in food manufacturing; FMCG or pharmaceutical experience is an advantage.
• Detail-oriented, process-driven, objective, assertive and collaborative with good interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of GMP, HACCP, FSSC, ISO standards, food analysis and quality auditing; willing to work onsite 30% office / 70% plant.
• Able to work in shift schedules in Cagayan De Oro (Full Onsite).

• Managing and maintaining quality documentation, including compliance records, complaints, investigations, and CAPAs.
• Conducting audits, monitoring compliance with food safety and regulatory standards, and ensuring proper implementation of quality policies.
• Leading and facilitating process improvements based on audit findings and identifying trends for continuous improvement.
• Providing GMP, GWP, GLP, and HACCP-related employee training as needed and supporting benchmarking and special projects.

Job Qualifications

• Graduate of Food Technology, Chemistry, Biology, Chemical Engineering, or any related science course.
• With at least 1–2 years of Quality Assurance experience in food manufacturing (FMCG or pharmaceutical experience is an advantage).
• Detail-oriented, process-driven, objective, assertive, and collaborative with good interpersonal skills.
• Knowledgeable in GMP, HACCP, FSSC, ISO standards, food analysis, and quality auditing. Willing to work in a setup that is 30% office-based and 70% plant-based.
• Must be amenable to work on shifting schedules in Cagayan De Oro (Full Onsite)
