About the Role:
We are looking for an entry-level Quality Assurance (QA) Assistant to join our Quality and Audit team. This role is positioned for candidates with 1–2 years of experience or strong fresh graduates who demonstrate sharp analytical skills and a high attention to detail. You will be responsible for evaluating call transactions, identifying process improvement opportunities, and providing structured coaching to help agents achieve performance goals. If you enjoy a fast-paced BPO environment and have a passion for maintaining quality standards, this role is a great fit for you.
What You’ll Do:
- Monitor and evaluate calls specifically for TGI Call Center Partners to ensure client standards are met.
- Calibrate, support, and observe quality regulations to ensure alignment across the team.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly Quality Reports and prepare documentation for all QA activities.
- Conduct root cause analysis on quality issues and develop improvement plans in collaboration with team leaders.
- Provide balanced, constructive, and data-driven feedback to agents to drive performance.
- Coordinate with Educational Services to ensure training and development address identified quality gaps.
- Identify potential quality problems ahead of time by analyzing requirements and watching for gaps in acceptance criteria.
- Ensure the team remains updated and compliant with all company policies and security management systems.
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
- 1–2 years of experience in Quality Assurance; fresh graduates with strong analytical potential are welcome.
- Strong technical, analytical, and process-driven mindset.
- Excellent communication and active listening skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Amenable to an onsite work setup in Alabang, Muntinlupa.
- HMO coverage (after a month of service).

Reporting Line:
You will be reporting to the Quality and Audit Lead.
