Job description
Must be with experience as Quality Assurance Manager
With Strong leadership, communication and analytical skills
Over-all in charge in the implementation of programs geared towards the enhancement of guard’s performance/competence such as security training, day and night inspections, performance audit and assessment.
Must have a training with ISO (With Certificate)
Well verse in report writing and investigation process
Conducts training to clients personnel and security guards/officers on Security awareness – modus operandi of common crimes, Salisi, Dugo-Dugo, Pilferage, Report Writing, Customer Service, Security Survey and Risk Assessment.
Coordinates and maintains best rapport to clients
Coordinates with partner training institutions in the conduct of requested clients security and safety training needs in their establishments (Emergency preparedness, fire and earthquake drills, emergency rescue and response techniques) such as hotels, condominiums, offices and industrial plants.
Coordinates, establishes and maintains networking with friendly forces (PNP-CIU, CIDG, SOCO, ISAF,NBI, BFP, Security Agencies) existing within the Area of Operations
Recommends to clients (Security Manager, Property Managers, Security Coordinators) to the General Manager any plans and programs necessarily for the improvement of security services, likewise facilitates and supervise the implementation of approves plans and programs.
