Job summary

The Paramount Medical Center - Lipa is seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Manager to lead QA/QC initiatives, maintain quality standards, and support compliance with established systems. The role focuses on driving continuous improvement and ensuring adherence to quality policies across operations.

The successful candidate will oversee ISO 9001/QMS, mentor staff, and collaborate with on-site teams to maintain high standards of quality and regulatory compliance in a demanding healthcare

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of QA/QC experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial/supervisory role.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 and Quality Management Systems (QMS).
• Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Willing to work on-site.
• Must have complete mandatory government requirements.
