Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, Food Technology, Quality Management, or related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in quality assurance, quality control, or a related supervisory role is preferred.
• Experience in warehouse operations, inventory management, manufacturing, or product inspection is an advantage.
• Knowledgeable in quality control procedures, inspection methods, and quality management systems.
• Familiar with developing and implementing standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Knowledgeable in identifying product defects, investigating discrepancies, and implementing corrective actions.
• Strong leadership, team management, and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, for reporting and data analysis.
• Detail-oriented, responsible, and capable of working under pressure.
• Willing to work on-site and render overtime when necessary.
