Job summary

Private Advertiser in the Philippines is seeking an experienced QA Supervisor to help ensure our home care and manufacturing operations meet quality, safety, regulatory, and company standards.

You will supervise QA team daily, ensure GMP compliance, review records, investigate deviations, and coordinate CAPA with Production, R&D, and other departments, contributing to audit readiness.

A Chemistry or Chemical Engineering graduate with 3–5 years in QA/QC and leadership is preferred.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of QA/QC experience in manufacturing, including supervisory or team lead roles.
• Knowledgeable in GMP, CAPA, audits and quality systems.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the day-to-day activities of the QA team.
• Ensure GMP compliance and alignment with product specs and manufacturing standards.
• Monitor production, sanitation, and documentation for quality.
• Review QA records, inspection reports, and batch documentation.
• Investigate non-conformities and coordinate CAPA actions.
• Collaborate with Production, R&D, Warehouse, Engineering and other departments.
• Participate in internal audits, supplier assessments and CI initiatives.
• Coach QA personnel and promote a quality culture on the manufacturing floor.
• Assist in readiness for customer, regulatory and third-party audits.
