Job summary

Robinsons Retail Holdings, Inc. seeks a dedicated Quality Assurance professional to own end-to-end QA for the RLIFE app across all development stages, establishing standards and ensuring a high-quality user experience.

You will design test plans, execute diverse testing, log defects, and collaborate with Product, Development, UI/UX, and Business teams to validate functionality and deliver reliable releases.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT/CS/Engineering/related field required or equivalent.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in Quality Assurance, Software Testing, or Systems Quality Management.
• Experience with ISO standards and quality management systems is an advantage.
• Solid knowledge of software testing methodologies, test planning, test case development, defect tracking, and QA processes.
• Experience testing web and mobile apps in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Proficiency with QA and project management tools such as Jira and TestRail; familiarity with similar platforms.
• Certification in QA, Software Testing, or ISO-related disciplines is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for new features and updates.
• Perform functional, integration, regression, usability, performance, and UAT testing.
• Identify, document, prioritize, and track defects through resolution.
• Collaborate with Product, Development, UI/UX, and Business teams to validate functionality.
• Establish QA standards, testing methodologies, and best practices.
• Monitor performance and UX; provide recommendations for improvements.
• Prepare testing documentation, defect reports, test results, and release sign-off documents.
• Support requirement reviews, sprint planning, and release readiness assessments.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and relevant frameworks.
