Qualifications

• Experience performing quality assurance reviews in financial services.
• Strong understanding of control frameworks and regulatory compliance programs.
• Ability to provide practical risk-based recommendations and challenge independently.
• Excellent written communication skills and ability to draft testing results and remediation closures.
• Strong verbal communication and stakeholder engagement across levels.

Responsibilities

• Conduct independent QA reviews of Regulatory Change Management controls, processes, data, and systems.
• Assess regulatory implementation activities for effectiveness and sustainability.
• Draft observations and recommendations with risk-based remediation plans.
• Prepare high-quality reports and presentations for senior management and regulators.
• Monitor and support remediation activities to closure of findings.
