• Ensure compliance of the dressing plant, slaughterhouse and external storage facilities with Quality and Food Safety requirements from SMFI, customers and government regulators.
• Translate and communicate all technical requirements for products to plant operations in line with customer requirements.
• Lead Food Safety and Good Manufacturing Practice training and audits for retail outlets of the Poultry & Meats Business.
