Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Quality Assurance Engineer or in a similar testing role within IT services or software development.
• Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, tools, and best practices.
• Knowledgeable in software development (.NET) and SDLC

Responsibilities

• Designs, develops, and executes automated and manual tests using open-source tools.
• Identifies, records, documents, and tracks bugs.
• Performs thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved.
• Develops and applies testing processes for new and existing products to meet client needs.

• Reviews quality specifications and design documents to provide feedback.
• Creates detailed test plans and test cases.

About the role

As a Quality Assurance Engineer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality IT services and solutions to our clients. You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and executing comprehensive testing strategies that identify defects, validate functionality, and ensure that all deliverables meet or exceed our clients' expectations and industry standards. What you\'ll be doing
