Job summary

HRT People Solutions, Inc. in the Philippines is seeking Quality Assurance Personnel to uphold top quality and food safety standards across the production chain.

The role requires QA experience, GMP/GWP/HACCP knowledge, and ability to conduct inspections of receiving, storage, and dispatch while maintaining accurate records. You will work in a cold storage environment and may be assigned to either Mandaue or Manila branches.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/College degree in Food Technology, Food Science, Chemistry, or related field.
• Minimum 3+ years of QA/QC or Food Safety experience, preferably in frozen food/warehousing or food manufacturing.
• Knowledge of GMP, GWP, HACCP, SSOP, and Food Safety Management Systems.
• Familiar with handling, storage, and distribution of frozen foods.
• Ability to conduct receiving, storage, and dispatch inspections for quality and compliance.
• Proficiency in preparing QA reports and inspection records.
• Computer literate with MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work in cold storage and on shifting schedules.
• Willing to be assigned to either Mandaue or Manila branch.

Responsibilities

QUALITY ASSURANCE PERSONNEL

We are looking for Quality Assurance Personnel who will play a key role in ensuring the products meets the highest quality and food safety standards.

What We're Looking For

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Food Technology, Food Science, Chemistry, or any related degree
• At least 3 years-up of experience in Quality Assurance, Quality Control, or Food Safety, preferably in a frozen food warehouse, cold storage, food manufacturing, or food processing company
• Knowledgeable in Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Good Warehousing Practices (GWP), HACCP, Sanitation Standard Operating Procedures (SSOP), and Food Safety Management Systems
• Familiar with proper handling, storage, and distribution of frozen food products
• Able to conduct receiving, storage, and dispatch inspections to ensure product quality and compliance
• Proficient in preparing QA reports, inspection records, and documentation
• Computer literate, with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and Outlook)
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
