Job summary

HR Primo Management Services is seeking an Internal Quality Assurance Officer to ensure all company processes, procedures, and outputs meet internal quality standards and regulatory requirements.

You will conduct audits, monitor the QMS, identify non-conformances, and support continuous improvement across departments. A background in engineering or quality management with 1–3 years of QA/audit experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or related field.
• Certifications in Internal Auditing or Quality Systems (ISO, Six Sigma) are an advantage.
• 1-3 years in quality assurance, compliance, or audit functions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
• Excellent documentation, reporting, and communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Demonstrates integrity, accountability, and commitment to continuous improvement.
• Capable of working independently and collaboratively in a team setting.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and conduct internal quality audits across departments.
• Identify non-conformances and ensure timely implementation of CARs.
• Review, update, and manage controlled documents such as SOPs, policies, and work instructions.
• Monitor the implementation and effectiveness of the QMS.
• Ensure compliance with internal standards and external regulatory requirements.
• Assist in preparing and coordinating for external audits or inspections.
• Support risk assessments and assist in implementing mitigation strategies.
• Document audit findings and ensure all actions are tracked and closed.
• Provide recommendations for process improvements and efficiency enhancements.
• Perform other quality-related tasks as assigned.
