Job summary

Philippine Vending Corporation is seeking a Quality Assurance Specialist to perform regular audits and ensure processes and products meet quality standards and internal policies.

You will investigate quality issues, coordinate with production and other departments to implement CAPA, train staff on standards, and monitor KPIs to drive continuous improvement.

This role requires a bachelor's degree, at least 2 years in QA, plus willingness to field work and travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• At least 2 years of relevant QA experience.
• Ability to identify errors, inconsistencies, and areas for improvement with high accuracy.
• Effective written and verbal communication with team members and stakeholders.
• Ability to assess workflows, identify gaps, and recommend corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
• Knowledge in QA methodologies, standards, and best practices for monitoring and improving processes.
• Willingness to do field work.

Responsibilities

• Perform regular audits to ensure processes and products comply with quality standards and internal policies.
• Investigate and resolve quality issues, coordinating with production and other departments to implement CAPA.
• Provide training to employees on quality standards, procedures, and practices to promote quality awareness.
• Implement systems for continuous monitoring and measurement of KPIs to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Generate and present regular reports on quality performance and improvement initiatives to management.
• Stay updated on industry regulations and standards to ensure compliance.
