Job summary

You will design and maintain automated test frameworks (Pytest, Playwright, Puppeteer, Selenium), implement AI-assisted testing strategies, and collaborate with developers, analysts, and stakeholders to ensure quality is considered at every sprint.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in QA Engineering, Test Automation, or Software Testing within technology-driven environments.
• Strong experience developing and maintaining automated tests for APIs, web applications, or microservices.
• Hands-on experience with automation frameworks such as Pytest, Playwright, Puppeteer, Selenium, or similar tools.
• Practical experience with AI-enabled testing tools for test generation, automation optimization, or test data creation.
• Strong understanding of software testing methodologies including functional testing, integration testing, regression testing, and end-to-end testing.
• Experience with defect management, troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and working closely with engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain automated test frameworks covering API, integration, regression, and end‑to‑end testing.
• Create automated test scripts using modern testing frameworks and programming practices.
• Leverage AI‑assisted testing tools to improve test case creation, test data generation, test coverage, and testing efficiency.
• Implement automation improvements, including reusable frameworks, maintenance enhancements, and solutions to reduce test failures and manual effort.
• Perform functional, regression, performance, and reliability testing based on application requirements.
• Manage test data creation while ensuring proper handling of sensitive information, compliance requirements, and data security practices.
• Identify, document, reproduce, and track defects through resolution while supporting timely delivery.
• Collaborate with business analysts, developers, product teams, and stakeholders to define acceptance criteria and ensure quality is considered throughout development.
• Monitor and report quality metrics including automation coverage, defect trends, test results, and overall product quality.
• Support release activities, demonstrations, and delivery reviews by providing clear quality insights and test evidence.
