Job summary

Canon Business Services Centre Philippines is recruiting a Quality Assurance specialist to drive accuracy and service quality across healthcare-related operations. The role emphasizes evaluating transactions, reporting metrics, and coaching teams on improvements.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in a business field, 2+ years QA experience in healthcare, and strong Excel skills. Power BI familiarity is a plus, with onsite shifting as required by business needs.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a business-related field is required.
Minimum 2 years of Quality Assurance experience in healthcare or medical services.
Exposure to quality systems (ISO, COPC).
Experience as a QA or QC with focus on data accuracy and analysis.
Advanced Excel skills with complex spreadsheets; Power BI is a plus.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
High accuracy, strong work ethic, and good time management.
Ability to work independently and in a team.
Willingness to work onsite and on changing shifts.

Responsibilities

Identify and understand client requirements to anticipate needs and ensure a positive experience.
Document and coordinate compliance records with onshore teams.
Support policies/ procedures and ensure SOP compliance.
Contribute to process improvements and QA initiatives.
Prepare and present weekly/monthly QA reports and metrics.
Coach associates on evaluation findings and areas for improvement.
Collaborate with Operations to minimize repeat issues and drive quality.
Lead deep RCA with Team Leads for top error drivers.
