Job summary

Canon Business Services Centre Philippines is hiring a Quality Assurance professional to help ensure accuracy, compliance, and exceptional client experience across healthcare-related processes. You will evaluate transactions, coach staff, and support ongoing process improvements in a collaborative, metric-driven environment.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree, 2+ years QA experience, strong Excel skills, and the ability to work onsite with changing shifts.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in business-related discipline.
Must have at least 2 years’ experience in Quality Assurance within healthcare or medical services industries.
Exposure to quality systems (ISO, COPC etc.).
Experience in QA or QC role with customer focus, accurate data entry and analytical skills.
Advanced Excel skills; Power BI is an advantage.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

Identify and understand client requirements to anticipate their needs.
Ensure positive customer experience.
Documentation and completion of required compliance documents with onshore team.
Assist Operations Supervisor and team leader with policy implementation and SOP compliance.
Suggest process improvements to maintain high, consistent service quality.
Prepare weekly and monthly QA reports and collaborate on improvements.
Conduct QA evaluations and coaching for associates; present performance read-outs.
