Job summary

Nestlé Canlubang Factory is seeking a QA Analyst to perform quality tests and inspections, ensuring products meet quality and food safety standards. You will support laboratory operations, monitor results, investigate issues, and collaborate with teams to maintain compliance.

The role requires 2+ years in QA/QC, GMP/GLP/HACCP knowledge, and strong analytical skills. A manufacturing environment experience is preferred, with SAP and MS Office proficiency highly valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Food Technology, Medical Technology, or related science.
• At least 2 years of experience in Quality Assurance, Quality Control, Laboratory Operations, or related field.
• Knowledge of GMP, GLP, HACCP, and food safety standards is an advantage.
• Experience in laboratory testing and quality analysis is preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; SAP experience is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and problem-solving ability.
• Good communication and teamwork skills. Willing to work in a manufacturing and laboratory environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct quality testing on raw materials, packaging materials, and finished products.
• Perform laboratory analyses and report test results accurately and on time.
• Calibrate and monitor laboratory equipment to ensure reliable results.
• Identify and report quality issues and support corrective actions.
• Conduct product, environmental, and water sampling as required.
• Maintain laboratory records, reports, and quality documentation.
• Ensure compliance with quality, food safety, GMP, and laboratory standards.
• Support audits, inspections, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Train operators and team members on quality procedures and testing methods.
• Work closely with Production, Engineering, and Supply Chain teams to address quality concerns.
