The Knotify Workforces Corp. in the Philippines is seeking a detail-oriented Quality Analyst with strong banking collections and QA experience to join our team.

You will review calls, coach agents, and help drive process improvements while applying Six Sigma, Lean, or Kaizen principles.

Candidates with at least two years in banking collections QA and exposure to UK, US, or Australian accounts are encouraged to apply.

Competenze

• At least 2 years of experience in banking collections operations and Quality Assurance.
• UK, US, or Australian banking collections account exposure.
• Strong call auditing, coaching, and communication skills.
