• Must be a graduate of a Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering, healthcare-related course (e.g., Medical, Nursing), or any related course
• Preferably with one (1) year of relevant work experience in related field(s)
• Preferably with experience in the preparation for international and local accreditation such as but not limited to: ISO, Joint Commission International (JCI), Accreditation Canada International (ACI), Philippine Health Insurance Corporation (PhilHealth)

Responsibilities

• Assist in the facilitation of discussion/meetings concerning clinical incident reports with increasing trends/recurring patterns/issues or potential sentinel events
• Performs audit and monitoring activities assigned within the scheduled timeframe
• Prepare assigned reports for the quarterly Quality Improvement and Patient Safety (QIPS) Committee
