Job summary

Kantar Mumbai is seeking a Research Manager / Senior Research Manager to lead qualitative research efforts, uncover motivations and cultural contexts, and deliver insights with AI-enabled approaches. You will design frameworks, guides, and screeners, manage client relationships, and present compelling narratives connecting consumer understanding to business outcomes.

Qualifications

Experience in qualitative market research or consumer insights.
Ability to design discussion guides, screeners and research frameworks.
Ability to analyse qualitative data and translate it into actionable insights.

Responsibilities

Design and deliver qualitative research projects from proposal through final recommendations.
Develop research frameworks, discussion guides and screeners aligned to client objectives.
Conduct and oversee methodologies including focus groups, in-depth interviews, ethnography and online communities.
Analyse qualitative data and apply AI-enabled tools to identify patterns and insights.
Create insight stories that connect understanding to business outcomes.
Build trusted client relationships and provide strategic guidance throughout the process.
